Welcome to the Children's Theater of Madison (CTM) Volunteer application! We are excited to show you our upcoming events. To get started, fill out some basic information below. Once your application has been submitted, you will be redirected to the Event Page where you can select your shifts.

People of ALL abilities ages 14+ are welcome and encouraged to submit a form.
